Your price depends on your volume and your account. It appears as soon as you sign in to The Depot Pro, which is free and activated within one working day.

How do I get a Pro account and how long does it take?
Request it on The Depot Pro page with your VAT or CBE number. The account is activated within one working day and then shows your prices, stock and order history.
From which amount is delivery free?
Free delivery from 250 EUR in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Below that amount, shipping is calculated in the cart according to weight and zone.
What is the delivery time?
Ordered before 14:00, shipped the same day from Zonhoven and delivered within 48 hours in Belgium. In 2026, 94 per cent of deliveries arrived within 48 hours.
What is the minimum for personalisation?
25 pieces per reference. You see your logo in 3D before ordering and production takes 10 working days.
Can I receive a sample?
Yes, request it on the Samples page. A sample leaves within 48 hours, and the Studio already shows your logo on the box before you order.
What if a reference does not suit me?
An unopened, non-personalised reference can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with prior agreement by email. Personalised products are not taken back.
Will I receive a Peppol invoice?
Yes. The invoice is sent automatically on shipment as a Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 UBL file, mandatory between Belgian companies since 1 January 2026. You book it without double entry.
What is a packaging passport?
A sheet per reference with material, recyclability, PPWR grade, end of life, certification, importer and EU declaration. It sits on this site under Passport and behind the QR code on the parcel.
Is the stock figure real?
Yes, the figure on the sheet is the figure on the shelf in Zonhoven. When stock is low, the next arrival date replaces the vague answer.
Do you deliver outside the Benelux?
Free delivery covers Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. For France and the rest of Europe we make a quote with the carrier that fits the weight and the destination.
Can I collect my order in Zonhoven?
Yes, by appointment at The Depot, Kruisstraat 5, 3520 Zonhoven, Monday to Friday. Ordered before 14:00, your order is ready the same day.
In which languages can I order?
Dutch, French and English. The site, your quote, your invoice and your tracking are in the language you choose.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no global minimum. Every reference is sold by box or by roll, from 5 to 50 pieces depending on the reference. Personalisation starts at 25 pieces.
What does a date such as 18/11 in the stock mean?
The reference is on order and arrives at the warehouse on that date. You can order it now: it leaves on the day of arrival. The date is the next confirmed arrival.
Can I reorder like last year?
Yes. The Depot Pro keeps your full history, with a button to reorder a season in three clicks. The assistant suggests your usual order and you confirm.
